1. Eligibility. Users need to be of legal age and legally able to form binding contracts. Where the Services is unlicensed or unavailable, residents may not join. Account accuracy and login secrecy are your duty.
2. What we provide. kaltraexchange provides an electronic marketplace for the assets shown on this website. We do not give investment recommendation; every trading choice are yours. Market data displayed serves information only and might err or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risks. Trading carries material loss risk and fits only accounts able to absorb it. Leverage can push losses beyond the collateral posted. Only trade capital whose loss you you could withstand.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear on the Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Fees may change after reasonable notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, abusing technical holes, infringement and unlawful use are banned outright. Laundering plus sanctions evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability. Where law permits legal extent, kaltraexchange excludes indirect, special and consequential losses tied to your use.
7. Amendments. These Terms may change periodically. Using the Services once changes apply means agreement. Controlling law comes from the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
